What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Please be aware that transactions via credit cards and PayPal include a 3.99% service fee. To avoid these fees, we recommend using Venmo or Zelle.

Do I need a prescription from my doctor to receive treatment?

A doctor’s prescription is not necessary for your initial evaluation and treatment. We will inform you if obtaining one becomes necessary as your therapy progresses. If you already have a prescription, please bring it along to your appointment.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, and consider tight-fitting shorts if disrobing might be necessary for a thorough evaluation.

How How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

To cancel your appointment, please use our contact form at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel in time or do not show up, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.

We respect your time and commitment. If we are unable to honor your scheduled appointment, we will credit you with a free additional session as a courtesy.
